7. Soul Survivor - Facing the risks in order to allow yourself to fully bloom

6. “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” -Anaïs Nin

I totally butchered speaking this woman's name on this week's episode when I read this, but her quote is one I hold very tightly to my heart. As I had to face the risks in allowing myself to fully bloom.

In this episode I elaborate a recent social media post I made about a wild sunflower that blossomed through the concrete sidewalk.

A very good lesson to take to heart. The overflowing beauty and joy that comes from allowing yourself to fully blossom is absolutely worth the risks you may endure to get there.

The world needs you in full bloom, not to shrivel up in pain while trapped tight in a bud.

1
00:00:05,529 --> 00:00:06,339
Hey everyone.

2
00:00:06,339 --> 00:00:06,879
What's up.

3
00:00:06,879 --> 00:00:10,119
This is Chelsea VanBuskirk
with the Heart AF podcast.

4
00:00:10,149 --> 00:00:11,689
Hope you guys are all doing well.

5
00:00:12,519 --> 00:00:15,579
I know I talked about this week's
episode would be a Q and a session,

6
00:00:15,609 --> 00:00:18,189
but I did not get questions.

7
00:00:19,479 --> 00:00:22,689
So I think maybe that could be
something that happens in the future.

8
00:00:22,929 --> 00:00:27,669
When my audience gets built up a bit more
so, scratch that idea for now, which

9
00:00:27,669 --> 00:00:31,959
is totally fine because I have a lot of
stuff that I would like to address and

10
00:00:31,959 --> 00:00:35,529
talk about because that's what I like
to do is just talk about stuff that I

11
00:00:35,529 --> 00:00:37,779
think is important and needs to be heard.

12
00:00:38,199 --> 00:00:38,559
And

13
00:00:38,609 --> 00:00:42,929
a recent post I wrote, , got a lot of
traction and a lot of feedback and it

14
00:00:42,929 --> 00:00:44,699
was brought up , this past weekend.

15
00:00:44,699 --> 00:00:47,489
And so I wanted to talk about it
and address it because I thought it

16
00:00:47,489 --> 00:00:50,749
was a really good point to address.

17
00:00:51,179 --> 00:00:53,559
So one of my favorite things
to do is walk outside.

18
00:00:53,559 --> 00:00:57,159
It's one way that I ground myself
and connect back with nature

19
00:00:57,159 --> 00:01:00,489
and just really get out of my head
because I'm an overthinker and over

20
00:01:00,489 --> 00:01:02,409
analyzer, I worry all the time.

21
00:01:02,409 --> 00:01:07,779
And so walking is just my
way to get myself together.

22
00:01:07,809 --> 00:01:08,389
Clear my head.

23
00:01:09,159 --> 00:01:13,299
Gather thoughts get inspired and
really just get back into my body.

24
00:01:13,299 --> 00:01:14,529
It's just a way to ground myself.

25
00:01:14,559 --> 00:01:19,659
So I'm on this walk and I see this wild
flower in the middle of the walking path.

26
00:01:19,659 --> 00:01:20,889
Like it has sprouted.

27
00:01:21,489 --> 00:01:23,259
Through the sidewalk and it's up.

28
00:01:23,289 --> 00:01:27,369
And I stopped and took a picture of
it because I felt like that was a good

29
00:01:27,639 --> 00:01:31,719
symbol, for showing just how nature works.

30
00:01:31,719 --> 00:01:33,879
I'm going to take some of the
ideas that I wrote in that post.

31
00:01:33,879 --> 00:01:37,419
So you're welcome to go back on my
Facebook or Instagram page and find

32
00:01:37,419 --> 00:01:40,059
the post with the wild sunflowers
spreading through the sidewalk.

33
00:01:40,089 --> 00:01:41,339
And you'll see my full post, but.

34
00:01:42,129 --> 00:01:46,029
Essentially when I was walking by that
flower, I immediately was reminded

35
00:01:46,029 --> 00:01:48,419
by words that I've heard from Dr.

36
00:01:48,419 --> 00:01:48,839
Wayne Dyer.

37
00:01:48,839 --> 00:01:50,129
He's one of my favorite.

38
00:01:50,459 --> 00:01:54,569
Most influential spiritual teachers that
I've gained knowledge from an insights.

39
00:01:54,569 --> 00:01:56,579
And he's somebody that just speaks to me.

40
00:01:56,579 --> 00:02:00,269
And it just makes sense, his ideas
click with me he's helped me grow

41
00:02:00,269 --> 00:02:01,889
immensely in my own spiritual journey.

42
00:02:02,189 --> 00:02:07,449
And one thing that he always talks about
is looking at nature and looking at

43
00:02:07,449 --> 00:02:11,129
the plants and animals and seeing how
they appear in the world, how they're

44
00:02:11,129 --> 00:02:12,689
not overthinking their existence.

45
00:02:12,689 --> 00:02:12,989
Right?

46
00:02:12,989 --> 00:02:16,469
Like they just are, they're not
worried about all these external

47
00:02:16,469 --> 00:02:19,829
factors that we as humans and our
brains tend to overthink about things.

48
00:02:20,189 --> 00:02:25,529
These natural things that are in the
world that are from our creator, right?

49
00:02:25,529 --> 00:02:29,229
The same creative force that has
created us has created, the trees,

50
00:02:29,229 --> 00:02:31,899
the plants, the flowers, the
animals, all these things and so.

51
00:02:32,032 --> 00:02:35,012
When I saw that flower, it was
an immediate recognition to

52
00:02:35,012 --> 00:02:37,322
that concept on this flower.

53
00:02:37,412 --> 00:02:39,932
Wasn't worried that it was
sprouting through a sidewalk.

54
00:02:39,932 --> 00:02:42,992
It wasn't worried about
it getting trampled on it.

55
00:02:42,992 --> 00:02:46,292
Wasn't worried about having to
break through the cement to be able

56
00:02:46,292 --> 00:02:49,022
to bloom, like, it just knew that
it was a flower and this is where

57
00:02:49,022 --> 00:02:51,992
it landed and sprouted, and it was
going to bloom either way, right?

58
00:02:53,132 --> 00:02:58,672
The flowers purpose is to bloom,
to bloom and just be itself.

59
00:02:58,702 --> 00:02:58,942
Right.

60
00:02:58,942 --> 00:03:01,132
And I was trying to
apply that concept to us.

61
00:03:01,492 --> 00:03:05,002
As humans because we tend to
pick ourselves apart and let

62
00:03:05,002 --> 00:03:08,992
that self doubt creep in and
prevent us from truly blooming.

63
00:03:09,262 --> 00:03:12,892
As our truest and greatest, most
beautiful selves, like we're always

64
00:03:12,892 --> 00:03:15,772
worried about how us blooming
might affect somebody else.

65
00:03:15,772 --> 00:03:20,542
Or if we bloom in a wrong place like
this wild flower bloomed in a sidewalk.

66
00:03:20,602 --> 00:03:20,932
Yes.

67
00:03:20,932 --> 00:03:23,542
It has the possibility of getting
stepped on getting trampled on.

68
00:03:23,542 --> 00:03:23,932
Right.

69
00:03:24,242 --> 00:03:27,362
And there's a layer of risk that
we have to take if we truly want

70
00:03:27,362 --> 00:03:31,212
to be ourselves and truly want
to, break free and bloom as our

71
00:03:31,212 --> 00:03:32,612
most beautiful selves in this world.

72
00:03:32,982 --> 00:03:36,702
And so I was really taking this
symbolism of this flower, like to,

73
00:03:36,732 --> 00:03:39,912
to that level, like really trying
to apply it to our life and how

74
00:03:40,332 --> 00:03:46,382
,
We tend to keep ourselves, caged up
in a lot of ways because of that fear

75
00:03:46,382 --> 00:03:47,912
of unknown, because we're questioning.

76
00:03:48,222 --> 00:03:49,782
How is this going to affect other people?

77
00:03:49,782 --> 00:03:54,182
If we decide to do something,
there is this quote.

78
00:03:54,422 --> 00:03:55,832
I might butcher the name.

79
00:03:55,862 --> 00:03:58,112
I have it written on my office wall here.

80
00:03:58,112 --> 00:03:59,282
You probably can't see it, but,

81
00:03:59,372 --> 00:04:00,832
Anais Nin.

82
00:04:00,962 --> 00:04:06,332
I'll spell that out in the, description
of this podcast, but the quote is.

83
00:04:07,052 --> 00:04:12,722
'The day came when the risk should remain
tight in a bud was more painful than the

84
00:04:12,722 --> 00:04:17,422
risk it took to bloom.' And I just got
goosebumps reading that now because that

85
00:04:17,422 --> 00:04:22,992
quote to me is something that I really
had to embrace about a year and a half

86
00:04:22,992 --> 00:04:26,892
ago when I was in this big transition
in my life where I was finally fed up,

87
00:04:27,082 --> 00:04:29,932
like I was keeping my true
self caged is what I was doing.

88
00:04:29,932 --> 00:04:32,392
I was not speaking up about
my needs and my wants.

89
00:04:32,632 --> 00:04:38,682
I was literally, caging myself and
I was suffocating my soul self, my

90
00:04:38,682 --> 00:04:41,472
true self, because I was so afraid
about being myself and how that

91
00:04:41,472 --> 00:04:42,732
was going to affect other people.

92
00:04:43,002 --> 00:04:46,992
And I was letting the power of what
other people might think of me take

93
00:04:47,022 --> 00:04:48,402
over my own thoughts of myself.

94
00:04:48,432 --> 00:04:48,762
So I was

95
00:04:48,812 --> 00:04:49,862
miserable.

96
00:04:50,112 --> 00:04:53,352
and That, that quote is just,
that's what I had to do.

97
00:04:53,392 --> 00:04:57,142
It became too painful for me
to keep living life in this

98
00:04:57,142 --> 00:05:00,862
miserable state of existence that
I had to put myself out there.

99
00:05:00,862 --> 00:05:07,462
I had to take that risk And speak my
truth and really speak my needs and

100
00:05:07,462 --> 00:05:10,312
make changes and that was so terrifying.

101
00:05:10,402 --> 00:05:11,512
I'm not saying it was easy.

102
00:05:11,512 --> 00:05:15,232
It was terrifying because I
felt like I was risking a lot.

103
00:05:15,232 --> 00:05:19,222
I felt like I was possibly risking
my family, my spouse, like, I

104
00:05:19,222 --> 00:05:23,242
didn't know, because I had been
living my life for so long.

105
00:05:23,542 --> 00:05:27,599
Based on how other people were
feeling instead of how I felt.

106
00:05:27,969 --> 00:05:31,669
And making that change and
making that switch is hard.

107
00:05:31,849 --> 00:05:32,569
It's very hard.

108
00:05:32,569 --> 00:05:37,162
And that also is about this podcast,
the heart AF kind of movement, if you

109
00:05:37,162 --> 00:05:41,732
will, that I'm trying to, ignite or
share or influence other people with, is

110
00:05:42,302 --> 00:05:47,582
it is hard as fuck to really listen to
your heart and really let your true self

111
00:05:47,582 --> 00:05:53,172
shine and to speak your truth and to work
through painful things like it's hard.

112
00:05:53,702 --> 00:05:55,372
To actually bloom.

113
00:05:56,042 --> 00:06:01,832
But at the same time, the risk
that you take on when you decide

114
00:06:01,832 --> 00:06:05,582
to just keep yourself tight
in a bud and not fully bloom.

115
00:06:06,152 --> 00:06:07,622
Like that is so sad.

116
00:06:07,622 --> 00:06:11,972
And how many people go out in this world
without fully blooming as themselves.

117
00:06:12,272 --> 00:06:14,162
You know, I think that is so sad.

118
00:06:14,162 --> 00:06:15,632
And so that is the mission.

119
00:06:15,632 --> 00:06:19,802
That is what I am trying to accomplish
is to let other people know who

120
00:06:19,802 --> 00:06:21,412
might be in that state, where they're

121
00:06:22,122 --> 00:06:26,412
Remaining tight and caged, to let
them feel empowered that they can

122
00:06:26,412 --> 00:06:28,242
bloom that yeah, it might be scary.

123
00:06:28,242 --> 00:06:32,352
And you're gonna really have to hold
on tight to that vision of yourself,

124
00:06:32,382 --> 00:06:35,232
but you can, you can bloom, right.

125
00:06:35,592 --> 00:06:41,542
And taking that risk is a better
outcome than the risk and pain of

126
00:06:41,542 --> 00:06:45,072
not taking the risk to be yourself,
because then you're not truly living.

127
00:06:45,442 --> 00:06:49,392
Up to your potential and letting the
world see your natural beauty, right?

128
00:06:49,392 --> 00:06:53,532
Like it's a disservice to keep
yourself caged and not fully out there.

129
00:06:53,832 --> 00:06:57,122
I know there's another oh
my gosh, what's her name?

130
00:06:57,162 --> 00:06:57,912
Her name is Rebecca.

131
00:06:57,912 --> 00:06:59,272
Why can't I think of her last name?

132
00:06:59,712 --> 00:07:04,582
One of her books is light as the
new black she's a fabulous, amazing

133
00:07:04,632 --> 00:07:08,772
Lightworker author, spiritual
teacher, gorgeous human being.

134
00:07:09,312 --> 00:07:09,972
Gorgeous soul.

135
00:07:10,242 --> 00:07:13,362
So she has said something
about flowers as well.

136
00:07:13,362 --> 00:07:15,012
She has a whole thing on roses,

137
00:07:15,062 --> 00:07:15,752
, Rebecca Campbell.

138
00:07:15,812 --> 00:07:15,872
Okay.

139
00:07:16,322 --> 00:07:17,312
found her card deck behind me.

140
00:07:17,312 --> 00:07:18,882
So, , anyway, Rebecca Campbell.

141
00:07:19,432 --> 00:07:21,682
I'm going to paraphrase, like
something that came from her book.

142
00:07:21,782 --> 00:07:27,422
But her idea of, you know, like roses,
aren't afraid to bloom, they're not

143
00:07:27,422 --> 00:07:28,922
taking a beauty from another flower.

144
00:07:28,922 --> 00:07:29,702
That's blooming, right?

145
00:07:29,702 --> 00:07:30,992
Like that flower is still gonna bloom.

146
00:07:31,022 --> 00:07:31,772
Like it's still.

147
00:07:32,462 --> 00:07:34,022
Is entitled to its own beauty, right?

148
00:07:34,022 --> 00:07:37,022
Just because this flower blooms,
doesn't take away this other

149
00:07:37,052 --> 00:07:38,582
flowers, beauty, so to speak.

150
00:07:38,582 --> 00:07:41,312
So this is a total paraphrase
of one of her ideas in her book.

151
00:07:41,562 --> 00:07:44,412
and I can't remember which book
it is exactly, but look her up.

152
00:07:44,442 --> 00:07:45,162
She's amazing.

153
00:07:45,212 --> 00:07:47,372
And she's got beautiful
Oracle decks as well.

154
00:07:47,635 --> 00:07:49,465
Anyway, what I'm trying to say.

155
00:07:50,335 --> 00:07:51,805
Is that it's too important.

156
00:07:52,195 --> 00:07:57,595
It's a disservice to the world to not
truly bloom as your most beautiful self.

157
00:07:57,985 --> 00:08:03,149
And that can be a hard concept
to, Acknowledge or accept but I

158
00:08:03,149 --> 00:08:04,439
think it's important that you do.

159
00:08:04,679 --> 00:08:07,239
And, one of the things that got
brought up to me about this post

160
00:08:07,239 --> 00:08:11,309
that I wanted to touch on, was, I
was talking to a fellow parent and.

161
00:08:11,899 --> 00:08:15,169
He loved the post and his perspective
was he just kinda got caught up on.

162
00:08:16,019 --> 00:08:17,039
what type of flower is that?

163
00:08:17,039 --> 00:08:19,629
Because I just, I'm curious, you know,
is that, flower is it's something

164
00:08:19,659 --> 00:08:21,219
that can, that will live a long time.

165
00:08:21,219 --> 00:08:22,569
Is it going to die out soon?

166
00:08:22,839 --> 00:08:24,159
And he kept talking about this.

167
00:08:24,209 --> 00:08:27,539
Fear of like, if his kids were to
go out and bloom, like he didn't

168
00:08:27,539 --> 00:08:28,559
want them to get trampled on.

169
00:08:28,559 --> 00:08:29,849
Like, he wouldn't want that for them.

170
00:08:29,849 --> 00:08:32,219
He wouldn't want them to
endure that kind of pain.

171
00:08:32,619 --> 00:08:36,049
And while I totally get where
he's coming from, that's kind

172
00:08:36,049 --> 00:08:37,189
of what I'm talking about.

173
00:08:37,789 --> 00:08:39,109
There is a risk.

174
00:08:39,509 --> 00:08:43,219
In being yourself and putting yourself
out there in the world, there is a

175
00:08:43,219 --> 00:08:46,999
risk that you will be criticized and
ridiculed and trampled on, but it's

176
00:08:47,479 --> 00:08:52,339
with that holding onto that faith and
knowing yourself and being secure and

177
00:08:52,339 --> 00:08:53,959
loved in yourself and in your faith.

178
00:08:53,959 --> 00:08:56,119
And just knowing that
you're fully supported.

179
00:08:57,199 --> 00:09:01,879
And knowing that you can rise up
above those hardships, that if you do.

180
00:09:01,963 --> 00:09:02,713
Let's say.

181
00:09:02,843 --> 00:09:06,973
You're coming out in a truth that
you are so afraid or ashamed to be.

182
00:09:07,493 --> 00:09:11,603
And you are ridiculed or you do
have people that you care about say

183
00:09:11,603 --> 00:09:16,433
awful and mean and hurtful things
to you because of who you truly are.

184
00:09:17,093 --> 00:09:18,773
That's something that's
real and that's painful.

185
00:09:18,773 --> 00:09:22,883
And that's a horrible experience that, you
don't want anybody to have to go through.

186
00:09:23,243 --> 00:09:27,983
But at the same time, You have to
stay strong and hold onto your faith.

187
00:09:28,313 --> 00:09:33,893
And hold on This is the true you that
you were created this way for a reason,

188
00:09:34,103 --> 00:09:35,513
you are fully loved and supported.

189
00:09:36,353 --> 00:09:39,743
Even if you do have people here in
the physical world who are showing

190
00:09:39,743 --> 00:09:42,113
you otherwise, there are other people.

191
00:09:42,563 --> 00:09:45,443
In spirit and other people in the
physical world that will support

192
00:09:45,443 --> 00:09:46,913
you and see you as who you are.

193
00:09:47,333 --> 00:09:48,863
And will applaud you.

194
00:09:48,943 --> 00:09:53,323
And when you do take that risk to show
your true self and let yourself truly

195
00:09:53,323 --> 00:09:57,283
be seen, then that allows people to
see the real you, and you're going

196
00:09:57,283 --> 00:10:00,013
to be attracting those people that
are attracted to that piece of you.

197
00:10:00,323 --> 00:10:01,883
There's this saying where,
you know, when you start.

198
00:10:03,323 --> 00:10:06,173
Aligning yourself to your true
self and you start becoming the

199
00:10:06,173 --> 00:10:10,763
person you truly are and shedding
away these old ways that you were

200
00:10:10,913 --> 00:10:13,203
shedding away, these false beliefs or

201
00:10:13,253 --> 00:10:15,563
Like the masks that you've been
wearing your whole life, right?

202
00:10:15,563 --> 00:10:18,443
Like when you shed those masks that
you've been wearing your whole life,

203
00:10:18,443 --> 00:10:20,253
and finally show your true face.

204
00:10:20,559 --> 00:10:24,039
There are going to be people in situations
that kind of vibrate out from you.

205
00:10:24,039 --> 00:10:24,939
And that's okay.

206
00:10:24,939 --> 00:10:30,159
Like, as you grow and change, the
right people will come to you and

207
00:10:30,159 --> 00:10:33,159
the people that weren't right for you
are going to fade away and it's okay.

208
00:10:33,879 --> 00:10:34,809
It can suck.

209
00:10:34,839 --> 00:10:35,379
It can be hard.

210
00:10:35,379 --> 00:10:35,949
It can be painful.

211
00:10:36,579 --> 00:10:39,189
But at the same time, you hold on to that
faith, that's something better is coming

212
00:10:39,189 --> 00:10:44,889
because the risk to remain in this painful
state, just for the sake of other people.

213
00:10:45,819 --> 00:10:49,659
Like, am I going to suffocate
myself, my spirit, my truth, just

214
00:10:49,659 --> 00:10:50,829
to appease these other people.

215
00:10:50,829 --> 00:10:53,109
So I don't have to make
them feel uncomfortable.

216
00:10:54,219 --> 00:10:55,449
That's really not the way to live.

217
00:10:55,449 --> 00:10:55,689
Right?

218
00:10:55,689 --> 00:10:59,829
Like you have to take that risk because
once you get through the pain, once

219
00:10:59,829 --> 00:11:01,229
you work your way through that.

220
00:11:01,229 --> 00:11:05,759
And you shut all that stuff out and
you are standing strong in your true

221
00:11:05,759 --> 00:11:07,649
self and letting yourself bloom.

222
00:11:07,949 --> 00:11:10,769
Then there are going to be
these other people that are

223
00:11:10,769 --> 00:11:12,299
going to be attracted to that.

224
00:11:12,299 --> 00:11:13,649
And it'll be like a magnet.

225
00:11:13,649 --> 00:11:15,719
Like you're going to pull the
right people into your life.

226
00:11:15,719 --> 00:11:17,489
The right opportunities
are going to come to you.

227
00:11:18,149 --> 00:11:22,139
And you will just be so astounded at
the level of happiness and joy that you

228
00:11:22,139 --> 00:11:25,019
can experience in your life that you did
not even think was possible because you

229
00:11:25,019 --> 00:11:26,369
thought you had to live your whole life.

230
00:11:26,999 --> 00:11:31,329
Caged up to who you thought you had to
be instead of really embracing your truth

231
00:11:31,359 --> 00:11:35,659
and letting yourself, be free and bloom,
knowing that there could be risk, right.

232
00:11:36,309 --> 00:11:39,999
So that is something that I really
just felt like I should elaborate

233
00:11:39,999 --> 00:11:43,049
a little bit more, following
up with that post is, yeah.

234
00:11:43,319 --> 00:11:47,009
There is a risk that that flower
is going to be trampled on and

235
00:11:47,039 --> 00:11:49,089
that flower might die, but.

236
00:11:49,126 --> 00:11:51,946
I have faith that I think that plant
will still be there and there's going

237
00:11:51,946 --> 00:11:55,546
to be another bloom that pops up because
that flower supposed to be there.

238
00:11:55,606 --> 00:11:56,056
Okay.

239
00:11:56,356 --> 00:11:57,046
You get what I'm saying?

240
00:11:57,046 --> 00:11:57,296
it's just.

241
00:11:57,656 --> 00:11:58,916
Having that faith.

242
00:11:59,846 --> 00:12:04,946
And that knowing and not letting
go of your truth and not letting,

243
00:12:04,976 --> 00:12:11,696
yourself bend or suffocate, what you
really think and how you really feel

244
00:12:11,696 --> 00:12:15,646
and who you really are, like really
letting yourself fully show yourself,

245
00:12:15,886 --> 00:12:19,546
knowing the risk, knowing you might
get knocked down, but knowing that you

246
00:12:19,546 --> 00:12:21,406
sure as hell can pick yourself back up.

247
00:12:21,436 --> 00:12:22,876
Like you find that inner strength.

248
00:12:22,876 --> 00:12:26,686
That inner strength that comes from
a higher source than just yourself.

249
00:12:26,836 --> 00:12:27,976
You are never alone.

250
00:12:28,096 --> 00:12:30,376
That higher power is always within you.

251
00:12:30,586 --> 00:12:32,606
And it's just acknowledging
it and knowing it.

252
00:12:33,196 --> 00:12:34,726
And then connecting with that.

253
00:12:34,756 --> 00:12:37,736
And I use the word faith a
lot, but you have to like,

254
00:12:37,786 --> 00:12:43,606
Pump yourself up in a way and have that
knowing to help pull yourself up, right?

255
00:12:43,636 --> 00:12:49,366
Like, to pick yourself back up, like
it's okay to, feel down, be sad, like

256
00:12:49,396 --> 00:12:52,726
don't deny your emotions or try to
suppress your emotions by any means,

257
00:12:52,906 --> 00:12:56,749
but it's not letting those debilitating
feelings, keep you down, right?

258
00:12:56,749 --> 00:12:58,459
Like you rise up from the ashes.

259
00:12:58,579 --> 00:13:01,009
Glennon Doyle is a great author too.

260
00:13:01,409 --> 00:13:05,359
Untamed is one of her recent books,
that's just, fricking amazing.

261
00:13:05,719 --> 00:13:09,949
And it talks about how
you just let it all burn.

262
00:13:10,009 --> 00:13:12,619
You let all those old stories,
all those old things, you just

263
00:13:12,619 --> 00:13:14,109
let it burn and start new.

264
00:13:14,559 --> 00:13:18,469
And that's the concept here that you
have to just let it burn and really

265
00:13:18,499 --> 00:13:22,429
know that you have that strength to rise
above no matter what's going to come

266
00:13:22,429 --> 00:13:25,789
your way, no matter the challenges that
you may face, like it's about having

267
00:13:25,789 --> 00:13:30,409
the resilience and knowing that you do
have the strength and support to rise

268
00:13:30,409 --> 00:13:32,969
again and to rise above and, fully bloom.

269
00:13:33,559 --> 00:13:36,969
Cause, the world needs you
fully open, fully bloomed.

270
00:13:36,969 --> 00:13:37,689
We need that.

271
00:13:37,689 --> 00:13:38,879
You are here for a reason.

272
00:13:39,619 --> 00:13:41,209
You are here to be yourself.

273
00:13:42,089 --> 00:13:43,019
Don't deny that.

274
00:13:43,049 --> 00:13:47,639
I've been there I've lived many
years where I was just not authentic

275
00:13:47,879 --> 00:13:49,529
saying what I thought I had to say.

276
00:13:49,769 --> 00:13:51,449
Acting the way I thought I had to act.

277
00:13:51,809 --> 00:13:56,129
and there's a lot of
self-growth and self love that.

278
00:13:56,789 --> 00:14:02,409
Is built as you start burning these
old ideas, you've been telling

279
00:14:02,409 --> 00:14:04,779
yourself these old stories that you're
living, because you feel like you

280
00:14:04,779 --> 00:14:08,529
have to live certain ways when you
start igniting yourself, igniting

281
00:14:08,529 --> 00:14:12,669
your, passions igniting that truth
within you and that power within you.

282
00:14:12,669 --> 00:14:15,999
And when you start connecting
with that higher source start

283
00:14:16,019 --> 00:14:17,489
being a co-creator of your life.

284
00:14:17,519 --> 00:14:18,929
Like it's very empowering.

285
00:14:19,199 --> 00:14:23,159
You build up that self-love, you are
able to work through the pain because

286
00:14:23,159 --> 00:14:24,389
you're not working through it alone.

287
00:14:24,389 --> 00:14:24,959
You're using.

288
00:14:25,589 --> 00:14:30,449
And relying on that God within that
power that you have access to, that

289
00:14:30,449 --> 00:14:35,339
you have forgotten, you are starting
to remember, and then using that to

290
00:14:35,339 --> 00:14:38,399
help rise up and above and fully bloom.

291
00:14:38,699 --> 00:14:40,619
I hope you guys got to
take away from this.

292
00:14:40,859 --> 00:14:41,729
Please let me know.

293
00:14:41,729 --> 00:14:45,449
Like I said, I love getting
feedback, love interaction.

294
00:14:45,549 --> 00:14:46,449
I'd love to hear it.

the podcast on my social media too.

300
00:15:03,729 --> 00:15:04,989
, I'm excited for you guys.

301
00:15:04,989 --> 00:15:06,819
I got some other good stories coming up.

302
00:15:06,859 --> 00:15:07,999
So stay tuned.

303
00:15:08,359 --> 00:15:08,959
Next week.

304
00:15:08,959 --> 00:15:11,719
I got some stuff about mom guilt.

305
00:15:11,719 --> 00:15:16,369
I know I had an episode about some of
that, and I got a whole can of worms

306
00:15:16,369 --> 00:15:20,149
that I'm ready to open and fill you guys
in on some more of that guilt we tend

307
00:15:20,149 --> 00:15:24,589
to get as parents and how other people
just need to sit the fuck down and mind

308
00:15:24,589 --> 00:15:29,756
their business and how these outsiders
like to make comments and knock us down

309
00:15:29,756 --> 00:15:32,066
and, how we can rise above those things.

310
00:15:32,366 --> 00:15:37,886
So anyway, this one is all about,
surviving through the difficultness

311
00:15:37,886 --> 00:15:42,076
of rising up and, being yourself and
letting yourself bloom and knowing

312
00:15:42,106 --> 00:15:43,636
those risks and doing it anyway.

313
00:15:43,636 --> 00:15:43,936
Right.

314
00:15:43,936 --> 00:15:46,306
Because the world needs you as you are.

315
00:15:46,546 --> 00:15:47,866
We need you fully bloomed.

316
00:15:48,166 --> 00:15:48,946
Yes, we do.

317
00:15:49,306 --> 00:15:51,106
So, thanks again.

318
00:15:51,136 --> 00:15:54,286
We'll see you guys next week
find me on social media.

319
00:15:54,796 --> 00:15:56,356
Find this video on YouTube.

320
00:15:56,386 --> 00:15:57,586
So you can see.

321
00:15:58,456 --> 00:16:00,826
What I look like what's going on?

322
00:16:00,826 --> 00:16:01,186
no, just kidding.

323
00:16:01,746 --> 00:16:03,246
but yeah, love you guys.

324
00:16:03,246 --> 00:16:07,016
Thanks so much that's all I got and
I will see you guys and next week.

325
00:16:07,506 --> 00:16:08,136
Peace.
